My Digital Experience team extended SWABIZ corporate booking capabilities to mobile platforms, enabling business travelers to access their corporate discounts and booking features from any device.
The Problem
SWABIZ customers—business travelers booking through their company’s corporate travel program—did not have a mobile-friendly channel to book flights. This limitation caused several issues:
